How to order:

You can place your order via the website using the add to cart feature. Shipping is added in cart order & charged at time of purchase. 

You can also place an order by email to confirm availability & shipping. An invoice total will be sent to you to be paid via email from Paypal, once invoice is paid item(s) can be shipped. ( usually within 24hours to 36 hours - except during weekends & holidays).

International buyers are to email to determine shipping options and charges involved with purchase(s).

Payment Terms:

We accept Money Orders in advance. Business Checks & Personal Checks must clear before shipping can take place. An extra $30.00 charge will be required to be paid in full along with the total due for order if check fails to clear before shipping can take place. Credit cards are gladly accepted via Paypal Services.

Returns:

Our Business revolves around you. If something is shipped incorrectly we will correct the mistake quickly. If item is damaged in transit, we always include insurance in shipping so that the buyer is covered. Claims can be placed and hopefully resolved in a timely manner on your behalf with the shipper. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We do our best to get you your order quickly and safely with plenty of cushioning and durable packaging materials.  ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE APPROVAL CODE TO BE RETURNED. Please do not return item(s) without this code as they will not be processed. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
